Semi Custom Home. This house was near completion when the client toured the home. They were transferring from another state and looked at photos of other RJ Homes and loved the finishes. They made several selections but left most of the choices to our design team. This included blue base cabinets in the basement entertainment bar (Bears colors) as they also fit their previous Denver team colors in the outstanding walk our basement. They love the proximity to Randall Park and entertaining in their 4800 sq. ft. of living space
